Hi, my name is Dilia. As the managing founder of Blooming Tulips Montessori Nursery, I am thrilled to welcome you and your child to our nurturing and educational environment. I would like to share a bit about my background, hoping to give you confidence in our nursery’s ability to provide the best care for your child.
With a career that spans many years in the childcare industry, I have dedicated my life to early childhood education. I began my journey as a nursery teacher, progressing through roles as a room leader, deputy manager, nursery manager, area manager of outstanding-rated nurseries, operations manager, and nursery consultant. Now, I pour my experience, knowledge, and heart into Blooming Tulips Montessori Nursery.
Since 2005, I have been deeply involved in the early years sector. I have managed early years settings, including being part of new nurseries from their very first day and guiding them through to maturity. My experience has allowed me to work with a diverse mix of parents and children, each with their unique needs and backgrounds.
As a mother of three, I understand the importance of finding the right environment for your child. I know the necessity of delivering top-quality childcare and education, and I am passionate about ensuring that every child receives the best possible start in life. At Blooming Tulips, we strive to create a warm, loving, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Our team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of care and education. We continuously work to achieve excellence in our teaching practices and the overall nursery experience. We aim to establish lasting relationships with our families, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed your expectations.
In addition to my practical experience, I hold several qualifications that reinforce my commitment to early years education:
– BA(Hons) in Philology
– International Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy: Infant Toddler Course, Montessori Center International, City of London
– NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Aura Learn Learning Centre, City of London
– Certificate of Higher Education: Montessori Assistant, Association Montessori International, City of London
